The Solidcarve Collection

With a range of eye-catching deep carved patterns on both sides of the door, the Solidcarve Collection offers a showpiece visual suited to a range of different architectural styles. With angular square corner routing, this Collection is particularly suited to styles defined by traditional charm and relaxed sophistication. This includes the coastal architectural style or the urban farmhouse aesthetic—each of which emphasise subtle flourishes and a tastefully rustic design language.Doors from this Collection with glass options are solid MDF construction, while non-glass products have a lightweight CoriTech construction. The Solidcarve collection is available in External Primed Skin, ready for painting, or in select grade veneer for staining.

Solid MDF core or Coritech core depending on design and location. Check with your local Corinthian Doors team on 1300 899 153 to confirm the door construction of your chosen design.

EXP External Primed skins, Veneered skins and BAL 12.5 Certified skins.
Square corner rout on both faces.
Doors – 5mm from top and each stile, 25mm from bottom.
Sidelight – 5mm from top and bottom, 35mm from each stile.
Complies with AS1288:2006 for the selection and installation of glass in buildings.
Glass pattern direction is oriented to longest length of glass opening or design direction.
Doors measuring up to 2040 x 920 require a minimum 3 hinges.
Doors over and above this size require 4 hinges.
Primed skin, excludes routing, door edges and glazing bead.
Light reflective colours should be used on all doors exposed to direct sunlight. Entrance doors must be installed in weather protected openings to reduce the effects of weather exposure. Refer to – Door Care and Maintenance recommendations. Failure to adhere to these recommendations will void warranty
BAL 12.5 – Must be specified at time of order.
Solid MDF – 50kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door).
Coritech core – 35kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door).

Made to Order (MTO) doors may only be cancelled on day of ordering. In general, value added services
