The disappearing act made smoother

We’ve reengineered our Cavity Sliding range with new hardware, a jump‑resistant soft closer, and a quieter aluminium track system so the disappearing act is silently smooth.

Sliding cavity door systems are the perfect blend of style and efficiency. They can complement a wide range of aesthetics before sliding conveniently and discreetly into the unit housed within the wall, saving on the room that would otherwise be taken up by a hinged door.

We offer both steel cavity units (Platinum) and timber (Slimline), which are compatible with our extensive range of interior door designs. Platinum cavity units are our recommended option for added strength and functionality, ideal for heavy floor-to-ceiling doors, tiled walls, and wet areas where moisture can damage timber units.

Note: Slimline 5000, Platinum 7000 and Platinum 9000 are currently available in NSW only.

Platinum 7000

Strength you can rely on year after year

The optimal cavity unit that handles everything your build demands. Heavy‑gauge galvanised Steel construction with a roll‑formed profile back post for buckle resistance; the Platinum 7000 is built for wet areas, heavy wall tiling, and every space in between.

Features:

  • Unique metal clinching assembly method and rolled steel sections for additional strength

  • Heavy‑duty soft closer kit for enhanced safety

  • Steel construction resistant to warping, bowing, termites and moisture damage

  • Jump‑resistant twin roller with dual axle bearings for smooth running

  • Precision‑extruded aluminium head track

  • Galvanised Steel Spreader bars positioned for easy jointing of plasterboard sheeting

  • Flush Jamb to Flush Pull conversion kit included in hardware

  • Suitable for door heights of 2040mm and 2340mm and up to 1200mm width; stud wall thickness of 90mm

  • Quick Fix brackets allow the door to be easily installed or removed without tools
  • Primed pine split jambs and track fillets for an elegant finish
  • Suitable for mounting to both timber or metal framed wall constructions

  • Available to suit split jambs for 10mm and 13mm plasterboard thickness

  • 10 Year Warranty

    • Min. 9mm thick, fixed 200mm along all spreader rails with 25 x 4mm diameter wing-tipped, self-tapping screws
    • Screws must not protrude into the pocket as this will cause damage
    • Track load carrying capacity for single applications
    • Max, 10mm thick or 50kg/m2*

    *Note the substrate used to carry weight of tiles must be verified by the builder/contractor

Platinum 9000

Premium cavity sliding for full‑height applications

Purpose‑built for floor‑to‑ceiling sliding doors and heavy tiled wall applications. The Platinum 9000 features heavy‑gauge Steel construction and accommodates the tallest available Corinthian interior doors as the natural choice for high‑end projects.

Features:

 

  • Heavy Gauge Steel construction resistant to warping, bowing, and moisture damage

  • Jump‑resistant twin roller with dual axle bearings for smooth running

  • Precision‑extruded, heavy‑duty aluminium head track

  • Configurable for Flush Jamb or Flush Pull in most locations*

  • Available to suit split jambs for 10mm and 13mm plasterboard thickness

*Some cavity unit sizes/types may not be available in all states. Please confirm with your Corinthian Doors representative.

    • Min. 9mm thick, fixed 200mm along all spreader rails with 25 x 4mm diameter wing-tipped, self-tapping screws

Ideal for bedrooms, living areas and general interior spaces, this is a quality entry‑level timber cavity slider system. The Slimline 5000 means less hassle on site and more flexibility across any floor plan.

  • Suitable for door heights of 2040mm and 2340mm and up to 920mm width; stud wall thickness of 90mm and 100mm
  • Compatible with all 35mm thick Corinthian interior doors
  • Quick Fix brackets allow the door to be easily installed or removed without tools
  • Primed pine split jambs and track fillets for an elegant finish
  • Available to suit 13mm and 10mm plaster sizes to align with Gyprock join lines
  • 5 Year Warranty

  • Not available in South Australia.

  • Only available to suit 2040mm high doors and 90mm stud wall thickness in Queensland and Western Australia.

  •  Flush Jamb not available in Victoria.
